Think you could do a better job as Prime Minister than Tony Blair did ?
Well, Sky is giving you a chance to prove it. Most people have strong views on how the country should be run and aren't shy about bending the ear of anyone who will listen.
What would you do to change the country for the better? What laws would you make, or scrap?
Tell us here.
Or - if you fancy recording a TV manifesto - go to Skycast.com - our new site for users to upload their own video.

i note that not one single party say that they will stamp out corruption .
the political system in the uk is rife with it ,from top to bottom ,from blatant lying, to manipulation for personal gain.
the local authorities are completeley corrupt and yet if you hand the government evidence ,it refuses to even look.
we see hoards of kids running riot over our overly P.C. cops ,whilst our government continue to denigrate our family values by promoting and rewarding single parents. 70% of all kids in this country now come from broken homes , the majority of young boys ,do not have any male influence in their lives ,at all ,men are now held up as abusers ,so much so that they will not take jobs with kids ,for fear of persecution.
i agree with the earlier writer, as soon as i have finished my oustanding buisiness , i will be off abroad to live.
i am an ex serviceman ,who once stood proudly ,for my country ,now i agree with much of the worlds opinion , we the uk are a morally destitute race and amongst the largest tyrannies in the globe.
to Tony Blair GOODBYE TO BAD TRASH.

Isn't this supposed to be a forum for discussing things we would like changed if we had a viable opportunity to make this country a better place? Not take the opportunity to slag off politicians. That's easy.
My manifesto would include introducing labour for prisoners. Introduce an updated version of National Service (with the emphasis on service) whereby all 18 year olds would enrol in either one of the armed forces, the police, fire or ambulance service. Entry age for University education would be raised to 21. Taxation would be overhauled with a realistic system of support for families. I'd scrap Trident, but launch a massive expansion of nuclear and eco-fuels to break our reliance on the middle east and russia for our power supplies. I'd introduce a Road Use tax and abolish road tax. I'd ban the use of plastic carrier bags. I'd introduce a levy on large 4x4 type vehicles, undertake a massive expansion of our rail freight infrastructure, and begin a mandatory phasing out of long distance road freight.
Most importantly I'd keep my nose out of every other country's business until I'd taken care of our own problems.
Even more importantly - don't vote for politicians, it only encourages them!

Mark Twain, perhaps my country's greatest writer, described an expert simply as someone from out of town. I am an American living in Canada for forty years and do not know much more about you than when I got here. There's a fit happening before our eyes. But I like your country and recognize the great debt we all owe you. So I respectually decline the honour.

If I were Prime Minister I would try and remember that two plus two equals four and that ideology, vision and spin cannot change that. Having so much to do at home, I would not go out looking for trouble and I would not put somebody else's troubles first. I would behave more as Prime Minister instead of trying to play too many roles at the same time.

Living here in Spain we follow the events through Sky and the UK press.
The legacy of Tony Blair can perhaps best be seen in the fact that some 200000 British born citizens have now left to live here in the last ten years. There are numerous examples of a better quality of life, medical services, and
taxation benefits. Family life
for both seniors and children
far outweighs the abuse of the same groups in UK. The great escape will continue even under Gordon Brown unless
a radical overhall happens and
political freedom of choice is given to all British subjects on all important matters, from Capital Punishment to Iraq and nuclear
defense systems.

Sky News, i don't think any person in this country couldn't have done a worst job than Prime Minister Tony Blair. Well except for Gordon Brown but that's another story.
First Blair lied to the nation, we were told Saddam had weapons of mass destruction, have you seen them?, because i certainly haven't.
Our troops invaded Iraq on a pack of lies, sent to their deaths ill informed, ill equipped to an illegal war,
knowing full well that they were not welcome inside the Soverign state of Iraq neither by the people nor Saddam who had never threatend our country.
You'd have to be very narrow minded to believe we're better off now than we were before Blair.
For a start ask the families of those British soldiers killed in Iraq why they only wish they could have turned back time. That's without mentioning the 650,000 dead Iraqi people, many of them women and children. They're now rotting corpses thanks to Blair, yet we're suppost to congratulate him on his successful leadership.
Goodbye to bad rubbish.
Ofcourse i haven't mentioned the millions of Iraqi's made homeless, giving propoganda to our key enemy Iran, which thanks to Blair is now top dog in the region and for many years to come will become the real, ignored threat.
The Iranian military can take our troops hostage at anytime, that's how irresponsible this government has been, yet we're allowing Brown (a clone of Blair) to seize power, to send more men with children at home into a war on pay so low it would make you cry.
Sky news has extensivly reported on Madeleine, but i ask you.... what about the Iraqi children?, what about the Palestinian children?, what about the children without fathers killed in Iraq by a war which you supported?.
What probobly angered me the most was a quote by mr Blair which stated 'Britain is one the greatest nations on earth'.
It's this type of ignorance which has caused us to become the most 'hated' countries on earth. We cannot leave our own door steps without wondering whether the next bus or train we board will contain a terrorist, the war in Iraq is not the beginning of the end but merely the end of the beginning, we need a leader who can now repair two screwed up countries... Iraq & Britain.

Oh dear, did someone complain about the way Tony has conducted his tenure. Mmmm, now I wonder what reasons other than putting the British interests at the heart of his Sky diving tour he may have broadcast, resulting in much fulfilment.
If I were to be in such a divine position (god forbid!) I would look at matters “Underneath The Sky” via http://www.sky.com/news as well as to further ensure that life sustaining “Oasis” remain a natural product, free from any license restricting survival.
